The People’s Choice Community Lottery has this year raised a record $1,563,342 for a record 840 participating not-for-profit Charities, Community Groups, Schools and Sporting Clubs in SA, Victoria and the Northern Territory.
People’s Choice Managing Director, Peter Evers said “The Community Lottery forms the backbone of our investment in Corporate Social Responsibility. This years record result now brings our total contribution to the Community, through the Community Lottery since its inception to almost $10 million”.
“The Community Lottery is People’s Choice investment into the communities in which we live and operate and has continued to grow each year. The major attraction is that there is no cost for not-for-profit groups to participate and most importantly, 100% of ALL funds raised through the Community Lottery are returned to the participating organisations”.
