Each year A.P. Eagers Ltd (the Australian Stock Exchange listed parent company of Adrian Brien Automotive) conducts an employee survey to get an understanding of staff attitudes towards the company.
Based on the results of this survey we can conclude that 50% of our staff are actively engaged in the business and 34% are satisfied.
Adrian Brien Automotive achieved the best result based on staff engagement as well as overall financial performance and Reynella Hyundai achieved the best result for a small dealership.
