Customer Review Of Adrian Brien Automotive Service By Bruce And Olivia From Woodcroft

“Good Morning

I am writing to let you know about the great service we have received yesterday. – too often people complain about the bad service received that when we receive good service we try to make a note of writing about it! Yesterday we had an issue with our car which meant that it could not be locked at all. We rang and your St Mary’s service dept and they were busy but did put us onto Dave at Keswick who was very helpful. Before, we could ring Dave, he had been contacted from Martin from the St Mary’s office and told what we would be ringing about. We only have the one car and had to pick the kids up from school and problem didn’t occur until 12 noon, he had the part there by 1 and fixed by around 145 – in plenty of time to pick the kids up from school.
