Losing your car keys can be a very frustrating experience. Most cars these days require a special type of key that can only be purchased from an authorised dealer. It’s not as easy as just taking your key to the locksmith and making some copies. This system is in place for tracking purposes in case of theft. Can you imagine what would happen if an unauthorised person were able to simply go to the local locksmith and have a key made that would give them access to your car? It would not be a very good situation at all!
